”Executive King Room was great. Plenty of room, balcony was awesome, and the functionality (hot water, linens, mini fridge, view) was really good for the price. The casino is small but it ran efficiently. The one hiccup was when roulette machines in one of the sports book/tv areas was down. Also most staff gave the impression that they were really bothered by serving you. Never really got a welcoming attitude from anyone. Ate at four restaurants inside and the employees were all bitter. ”Clean spacious room. Fantastic location 10 minutes from the Rental Car Return. I was amazed by Elora on the Front Desk. I observed her patiently tackle guest after guests, the phone and she provided me with a suggestion for an awesome Restaurant for dinner. ”

”I stay two nights with my son for a baseball tournament. The hotel itself was amazing! Clean! beds were comfortable pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was nice and very spacious. During the daytime, the front desk staff was a little standoffish when I went in to see if there was a room available a little sooner. ”Very average property. The room was Berry spacious and clean, but shabby and outdated. The couch cushions were frayed on the edges with string hanging out. Dents in the wall and loads of stuff on the built ins and furniture. Cigarette hole in the outdoor cushions and butts everywhere. Breakfast was quite good and very efficient. Great location for the airport and ball fields. Very quiet and extremely safe area. Too bad Hyatt isn’t maintaining this property correctly. You can get better for your...
