”This was our 3rd time staying here. The service was very helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable. I thought the bathroom was small considering this was a suite with a large room. There are no hooks, just one low bar for towels which was awkward for where to put a robe or toiletries. The bathroom counter was not very large either to set things on. Would have been nice to have a double sink. Had a late dinner in the restaurant on site which was excellent. I had taken the Do Not Disturb...

”Staff were great pre check in and check out. Late check in not so welcoming. As a woman on her own with a teenager I wasn’t feeling too good about walking a few minutes away in a desolate area, to park my car in a quiet and dark multi story car park. A valet service for checking in this late and parking would be nice. I felt unsafe walking back to the hotel alone. ”

”We stayed for 5 nights in November. Pleasant stay, room was clean and spacious, breakfast as expected, enough hot items. Hotel is a bit worn and there was some work being done in the hallways. The pool was nice and we had it almost to ourselves during our stay. Would stay again. Location near Papago Park a plus.”

”Our room definitely needed an upgrade, tub had rust spots, tub spout was really loose, as the pull lever, the door that was supposed to cover fridge was gone and bottom of fridge cabinet was damaged so was not level, ”

”The place was nice right off the freeway so getting places was fast. Needs a update for decor. But the cleanliness and staff were amazing. Remote to TV was not working and the lady came to three room and fixed it. I'm just waiting on the refundable deposit. But all in all was a good stay. ”

”Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. ”
