”We stayed 4 days at Arizona Grand Resort. The kids had a great time at the water park and swimming in the pools until late at night. My wife and I really enjoyed large gym, Starbucks coffee onsite and hotel bar. We will definitely be back next year. ”

”Overall, we had a great experience at this property however, there were some upkeep and maintenance issues in our room such as broken bathroom lights and a coffee maker that was not easy to get to work. We reported these issues when we left. The dining options and multiple pools and hot tubs were a plus! ”

”Nice property, pools, and facilities. The people there are very gracious and accommodating. Breakfast was great. Only thing we didn't like was maid service. When we left the room we did not put a do not disturb sign on the door but when we came back there was a sign and the room was not cleaned. Other than that, a great stay. ”

”Our stay was great.Only complaint was security knocking on our door at 11 at night thinking we ordered a gaming system which we didn't.When told him it wasn't us, they seemed frustrated with us. Heads up, drinks at the pool are expensive. One basic shot was $15. ”

”We were moved to the Privado Casitas along with another family that booked with us. The casitas were recently remodeled and sparkingly clean, spacious and well appointed. ”

”We ate at proof for breakfast and dinner. Overall service is slow and not clean. There is greasy odor in the restaurant when you walk in. I had to ask for a new glass of water because the glass was dirty. It is slightly disappointment for four season level hospitality. ”

Room was beautiful, resort very clean, amazing spa/massage, fantastic dinner at Litchfield's, great breakfasts at Wigwam Grill, and overall exceptional & friendly service by all the staff: Patricia/Crystal (Massage), Mildred (Litchfield's), Jack (Poolside service), Matt (In-room dining) & Cassie/Delilah (Wigwam Grill). Can't wait for our return trip!”

”Haven't had any problems here. Our stay has been very peaceful and the staff is always accommodating. I will definitely stay here in the future. ”

”The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair.”
