Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around. The property met our needs for the purpose of attending a Dodgers game at nearby Chase Field. ”I’m sorry to say, this was the worst VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. I write this only so owners can correct what is controllable. Bed squeaks so loud with every movement. Bed & pillows super uncomfortable (hurt my neck & back). They need a shade in the shower window so the world can’t see into the bathroom crystal clearly including the shower and toilet. Allow tenant to control A/C (it was so hot). Ensure ceiling fan works properly (remote didn’t work). Not controllable, but the traffic is super loud...

”If I could give this a 10 plus, I would. This house had everything you could possibly want. Very comfortable and a quiet neighborhood. The back yard is fantastic. Our stay in March had record heat so we got to use the pool everyday. Ashley was a fantastic host!”

”House spacing and amenities was perfect for a girls trip. we used the pool area daily and it was clean and the pool temp was nice and warm for swimming . Easy check in and out and good location for local restaurants . ”
