”We spent three nights and it was perfect. The room was clean, the service was great and the location was perfect, central to all things downtown has to offer. The only hiccup was one elevator bank wasn’t working so there were long lines to catch the elevator up to your room but by our last day that bank was back up and running. Recommended!”

”Location, River front, a few blocks from Michigan Ave. Close to many shops and restaurants. Bar tender was excelent. Great hotel. We will recommend to family and friends.”

”The location was fantastic I could go for early morning walks on nearby Astor Street. There is a Walgreens drug store right nearby just in case you forgot to pack anything. The ice water available in the lobby was a nice touch after long hot summer days and $10 beverage credit was great for grabbing my early morning coffee. The room was a little on the small side but that is more of an observation than a complaint . I would stay there again.”

”Worst hotel experience I've ever had. First, after checking in I found the previous occupant's socks next to the bed which made me question how well the room had been cleaned. Then guest in the next room had a party and yelled swear words at frequent intervals, and the party lasted until after midnight. I sent a message to the staff but never got a response. When I eventually went to the desk to leave a complaint, no one was there. After a while someone eventually came, and they said they'd...

”Basic American hotel. Poor return of investment. Everything is basic besides pricing and on top you are expected to tip ik every transaction. Clean your stairways, get rid of the nasty bath tubs, make the breakfast special and you should be fine. Room rate should be max 150 per night for what you offer now”
