”Huone oli vanhan oloinen, haju tunkkainen, kokolattiamatto vaikutti vanhalta ja siinä oli kaikenlaisia läikkiä. Huone muuten välttävä, mutta kaipaisi remonttia. Pesuhuone oli remontoitu ja oli tosi siisti. Hotellin käytävillä myös vanhanaikaisen näköiset kokolattiamatot. Kokonaisuutena välttävä hotelli, mutta en menisi uudelleen. Hotellin nettisivuilla olevat kuvat antavat huomattavasti siistimmän kuvan hotellista kuin todellisuus, ne on joko photosopattu tai otettu monta vuotta sitten. Hotellin...

”Came with car. Parked and checked in. All good, easy and fast. Went up to room. No straight lake view as reserved, lake behind the corner. Went back to to ask about it. Got lake view room. View was awesome. Room was nice size but either not cleaned or done in a hurry. Not really clean. Some medicines found on the floor. Street and train noises could easily be heard. Even on the upper floors. Staff was really nice and helpful. Took our feedback seriously.”

”We stayed just one night after attending a concert at the United Center, travelling in from the South Suburbs. It was a convenient walk from Millennium Station, then a CTA bus ride to the United Center. We felt safe returning to the hotel that night. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The double bed, city view room was a nice size for two people. The beds were comfortable, as it was quiet to get a good night's rest. I would definitely stay again. ”

”We had a nice room with great views to the river. Bed and bath were ok, not great. The ac was quite loud and I missed more space to put my clothes into.”

”Worst hotel experience I've ever had. First, after checking in I found the previous occupant's socks next to the bed which made me question how well the room had been cleaned. Then guest in the next room had a party and yelled swear words at frequent intervals, and the party lasted until after midnight. I sent a message to the staff but never got a response. When I eventually went to the desk to leave a complaint, no one was there. After a while someone eventually came, and they said they'd...

”The room was dated (East tower), old brown carpet and wallpaper. Poor lighting. Cleaning worked well, but the cleaners started working really early. Noise from the elevators was very loud and our room wasn't even bext to the elevators. Directions for public transport and shopping from the reception were poor. Views from the room was great. ”

”Overall good value stay. Easy to commute to downtown, even by foot. A lot of nice places around to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. The hotel itself was bit worn out and no sound insulation whatsoever. Single glass window to street made sure one can hear conversations from the street. Still clean and bang for the buck.”

”A three-star hotel. You get what you pay for. Nothing luxurious, overpriced breakfast, but the rooms are clean and staff was nice. You should request your room is not next to the NEDERLANDER sign because the lights on the sign flash all night long and can be very disturbing in some rooms. ”
