”Everyone’s was super nice, very comfortable and all. My only complain is that the cleanliness was super poor standards. We saw red stains on our sheets and the carpet was super gross and dirty ”

”Best place to stay in the Orlando area! Mr. Palmer's place is a living museum that showcases his persona and how great of a man he truly was. Everyone there takes great pride at doing their job and seem genuinely happy and blessed to be there. Golfing there is the Florida standard for me and getting to stay and play at Bay Hill is a privilege that I do not take for granted. Hat's off to everyone at Bay Hill for continuing to keep the legend alive. ”

”The property was very clean and well kept. I liked that it was very conveniently located to the parks so taking an uber was very inexpensive. Although they offer shuttles to and from the parks, the times are limited. The food is pricey in the hotel but everywhere you go near Disney, it is very pricey. I took advantage of using the spa and that was wonderful. Prices are typical. I would definately go back to this resort. ”

Arrivés à 19h15, sommes accueillis par une employée antipathique qui nous propose une autre chambre de catégorie inférieure à celle que nous avions demandé car nous souhaitions une chambre au calme. Elle prétexte que la chambre qu’on nous a affecté est proche des ascenseurs et donc bruyante de ce fait. Nous refusons la proposition en expliquant que nous verrons bien. Au final, il se trouve que la chambre 609 n’est pas près des ascenseurs et qu’elle n’est pas...
