”Clean room, friendly staff ,easy parking and simple breakfast 🍳”

”Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a couple days wasn’t the best experience, the iPad that is connected to everything stopped working, we asked front desk if it can be fixed they said yes and didn’t fix it. We also couldn’t change AC temperature it was freezing we asked the front desk if they can manually higher it and they didn’t. The tv would also turn on randomly in the middle of the night. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and hard as a rock and the pillows were very flat. Other than that...

”My recent stay at Turf Valley Resort was disappointing. The first issue was finding a spider on the ceiling of my room, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. I was also looking forward to relaxing by the pool, but that experience was ruined by an overly aggressive lifeguard who repeatedly approached and interrupted guests. Instead of feeling welcomed and able to unwind, I felt harassed throughout the visit. When I raised concerns, the staff was not particularly...

”Cleaning issues—-HVAC vent was blowing out black sooty material all over the bed closest to the vent. Not realizing this until night, I tried to cover the source with a pillow case. I left a note for housekeeping to address with management. The room should have been renovated, carpet smell of wet dog. Customer service was good at check in. Not staffed when I departed.”

”Place was in well kept condition and the breakfast was good. Waffle makers. Bacon AND sausage to go with the eggs. Biscuits and sausage gravy wasnt the greatest but not the worst ive experienced. Plus the usual beverages, fruits etc”

”Could not ask for a more perfect location for my first visit to beautiful, historic Annapolis, and the room and staff were great. There’s no on-site parking but you can self-park at nearby Hillman Garage if you don’t want to valet.”

”The hotel was great. The bedding very comfortable, the property very clean, the breakfast excellent. What was not good was the attitude of the woman at the counter. No welcoming personality whatsoever. She is in the wrong business. She needs to get a job where she is not dealing with the public, especially a hotel that should be welcoming.”
