The Laureate Key West
Front desk staff was always friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Ample parking everyday. Our room had an excellent view and was clean. Housekeeping staff was also accommodating and timely. Very nice hotel. We would stay there again.

The check in was smooth. The 2 suite were clean. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. One woman did not speak English and the went out of her way to help me. She was a bright spot in our stay. Truly was a great experience.
