”The hotel is clean and comfortable. Its a little dated, but it is clean. The breakfast was not very good. Very limited, and the quality of food was mediocre at best. But if you just need a place to stay in that area, it's not bad. And the cost was very reasonable”

”I did not like the smell of dogs on the first floor while walking though. Nor did I like the barking dogs in the rooms every time I walked by the doors.
Finally, the grass in the front near the pool always had dog droppings that were not picked up by the owners nor the staff. Those droppings should be removed daily by staff if not by the owners of the pets.”

Having to pay for parking was not something I have ever done at a hotel.
$35 +/- for 3 days was not breaking the bank but did seam silly”

”We were patients at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix. The hotel at the hospital was 4x the cost of this place. We had two double beds (very comfortable), microwave, refrigerator, table/chairs, full bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Five miles from hospital without a problem. We will definitely be staying there when needed.”

”The property is in a good location where only a few options are available.
The hotel is due for new carpeting, updated A/C units, and better beds.
But overall in decent shape, and helpful staff.”

”Everything was perfect. Great friendly checkin. When it was time to check out, that’s the issue I had. It was 9:48 am. The cleaning lady knocked on my door. I told her I needed more time. She glared at me and said to me rudely, “how much time ?”
I told her 10 minutes. Such a terrible attitude.”

”An old and worn down hotel. We first got a non-smoking room with an unbelievable cigarette stench, and the replacement also clearly was smoked in. Room door was open as we got in, and we could see the corridor lights from all sides as we closed it - take a guess how good it was in keeping noise out. Never again for a price of over $150.”
