I travel with my service dog and really appreciated the pet area at the front of the hotel, breakfast was fresh with a good variety of hot food and the typical breakfast cereals. ”The building was quite old, elevators were extremely old and slow, the “gym” barely had anything 2 treadmills and some dumbbells and nothing suitable for a decent workout. The toilet in our room made a loud pitched noise every time we flushed and the worst part of our stay was having staff try to enter our room without knocking, and then 15-20 minutes later they tried to enter a second time ( they did knock the second time). but they wanted to know if we were checking out even though it was...

”Nothing was as shown or described. There was no TV to watch . There was a small flat screen TV that sat on a small coffee table, unplugged, with no where to plug it in. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which had an old tiny mini refrigerator plugged in and so that I could plug in my phone charger. The room was not even the room advertised.
