Not the best of hotels, but the that is reflected in the price you pay.
Mainenance is also quite poor with several light fittings in my room not working.â

âDirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didnât occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website.
Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to.
Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

âWe had a wonderful stay and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We really appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again.â
