” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic stay at Supercity Aparthotel – Jubilee, Leeds We had a wonderful stay at Supercity Jubilee. Our one-bedroom suite was super nice, clean and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The bed was great, the living space was well laid out, and everything was thoughtfully maintained. The location is very good, convenient for getting around Leeds city centre, shopping, dining and transport, yet still quiet enough for a good rest. What really stood out was...

”Staff at Oulton Hall are the stand out feature. From check in to Oliver in the restaurant to the waiting staff at breakfast, all are well above expectations. Old school service where staff wait for you to pass rather than rushing to get where THEY need to be is actually quite refreshing these days. Can some things be improved, sure but this hotel has a lovely pool, great dinner and breakfast and just a lovely vibe. Check it out, for the most of us, it’s a wonderful experience. ”

”Parking was a nightmare but soon sorted out. Service was above and beyond, owner driving around until he found a fish and chip shop open and bringing us back a lovely meal. Super breakfast with lots of choice.”

”Lovely room. The porridge and pastry left for breakfast was a lovely touch and not expected. View from the balcony was great although I should imagine spectacular on a sunny day. Great communication prior to the arrival and fast response to my questions.”

”Staff were impeccable. Food excellent. Whole standard of the place was top class. Just a few minor points to note & could be improved - bedroom window could not be opened to let in fresh air & badly needed dusting. Not enough electrical sockets & could have been better positioned close to mirror for make up, hair etc. Other than that, it was a beautiful atmospheric and classy hotel and full of character. ”

”Had a wonderful stay here. Incredibly personal touch from all the staff referring to me by my name, which made me feel very comfortable. An incredible property rich in history, with a modern, well-equipped room to compliment it. Food options were extensive and delicious. Breakfast was great, very high quality, and very attentive staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. ”

”Staff were very helpful, accessibility was very good. Cleaning the room wasn´t very good; needed to go ask towels, bath mats, suger, coffee. Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. This disturbed our sleep.”

”Rooms here are great, each one is quirky in their own way, and a lovely touch to have radio playing in room as background music on arrival. The 2 ladies that greeted us on arrival were welcoming and showed us all (4 guests) to our rooms. Evening meal in the bar was great too, cold and frosty outside, the pub reminded me as something out of The Holiday!!!”
