”I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. There were cockroaches both in the bathroom and inside the room, which is simply something no guest should ever have to deal with.
On top of that, housekeeping never properly cleaned the room during my stay, which only made things worse. The overall service was extremely poor, with staff showing little concern or urgency when these issues were brought up.

”Worst motel I have ever stayed in. Do not rent here. This place felt unsafe for a family with children. The front door/security door was broken, room doors looked damaged, there was no one available at the front desk when help was needed, I saw roaches, the walls were dirty, and the entire property felt neglected and unsanitary. This should not be promoted as a safe place to stay.
Expedia was also no help. They refused to provide a refund and took no responsibility, even though they are...
