”The hotel waa great, parking a little tight, but manageable, room was warm, clean and comfy, great access to the shops, with a 5 minute walk, staff were amazing to top it all off, parking is free if book with the hotel, if not you need to pay. ”

”Your classic inn with worn down rooms and most basic breakfast. Uninterested staff who coukdn’t care less that there were BLOOD STAINS on the rug of our room. Got another room which after confirming two times was not similar than the bloody one we left behind. ”

”The welcome from the the Receptionist was excellent ensured we had a suitable room to meet our needs. Hotel room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The room was heated individually, controlled in the room. Breakfast was excellent lots of hot and cold choices. Highly recommend especially due to the onsite parking which is a bonus in York. All the staff are very polite and friendly.”

”Room was pretty cold (17 C) but heating unit helped a bit. Room was a little dirty but it was ok. Parking possibility for 10 GBP/night. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy. Pretty old building - brought nice vintage feel but ventilation lacking. Friendly staff!”

”Amazing service, very friendly staff. I think the best service I got in UK so far. The breakfast is delicious and fresh. The rooms are on the smaller side compared to US hotel rooms but still double. Loved the room decoration and the design. The only thing to point out is the shower tub didn’t drain the water well, but I think it’s a fixable issue. Overall really liked it and planning to come back again ”

We received effective communication via email previous to our stay, swift responses to enquiries, which was very reassuring and informative. The hotel is in great location. It is within easy walking distance of Harrogate town centre, also on a local bus route. On site parking at competitive rates. The rooms were very clean, extremely comfortable. Well positioned lamps, electric sockets and mirrors. Amazing...
