”They only cleaned our room twice in the 9 days we stayed there. Every time we went to the front desk to ask why they did not clean or what their cleaning schedule was, we kept getting a different answer. None of the housekeepers spoke English so we could not communicate with them directly.”

”Staff was courteous . Physical building needs updating and maintenance.Our room didn’t have the toilet rod to hold the toilet paper. We asked for one and was told maintenance would remedy it the next day. Went all weekend with the toilet paper on the counter. Walking down the hall the picture that covers the utilities was hanging open unable to close. Overall this hotel is tired and needs a make over and attention. It is in a convenient location but I doubt I’ll be staying there again.”

”It's hard to "police" but when host multiple with company trucks suggesting to them, and even other travelers, parking allowing others to park in front of their respective room. Conveniently outside of Nashville downtown and close to the airport. ”

”Premièrement, nous avons attendus plus d’une heure car ils ne trouvaient pas notre réservation, le motel est un endroit où il y a des gens qui demeurent là en permanences, des gens qui ont d’énormes problèmes de drogues et de santé mentale. La chambre n’étaient pas propre, nous croisons les doigts pour que les lits l’étaient. Les clefs parlons-en nous avons eu des problèmes de clefs à tous les jours, avec des attentes de 30 à 40 minutes à chaque à fois. La piscine n’est pas entretenue donc...

”They did not have door stoppers, so the door knob went into the wall. The bathroom doors did not lock. The air conditioning was ah. The breakfast was literally just sausage, eggs and dry biscuits.”
