”⭐⭐⭐ 3/5 – Misleading Listing Photos & Thermostat Issues We stayed here this weekend while in Gainesville for a soccer game. The apartment itself was clean and generally fine for a short stay, but there were two significant issues that need to be addressed. First, the listing is misleading. The primary photo shows a brand-new, modern six-story luxury building. That image strongly influenced my decision to book, as it gave the clear impression that we would be staying in a newly built upscale...

”The upstairs room is a loft! Not a true bedroom. Lots of morning sunlight and noise. The property had a very strong bleach smell for days. Then a musky egg smell. I had to repeatedly open the doors to air out. The floors turned our socks black. ”

”This place is a perfect location. The hosts are outstanding! The place is very cute but I didn’t read the description careful & i felt the low ceilings were too much for me. I also thought there was a balcony but it’s just very creatively done to look like outside. So all these things were because I wasn’t reading carefully. Overall, it was very well done, clean, quiet & a great location! We loved riding bikes around the area! ”

”What a lovely, relaxing stay!I was in town briefly visiting my son who is stationed nearby. The apartment is the perfect size and I’m the perfect location - close to so many restaurants and things to do!There is plenty of room to spread out and chill in between walks to the beach and local restaurants. Having a parking spot was a huge advantage. Mandy is the perfect host. She was super responsive and very focused me having a pleasant stay. I will stay here on my next trip down!”
