”The hotel and property are exceptional. The only complaint I have is that late night room service was advertised until 4 a.m. and we could not get in touch with anyone. We called multiple times, and ended up calling the front desk to have them find someone. This was a bit frustrating. Other than that, due to the casino being a smoking casino, the hallways still smelled a bit smoky, as did our room, despite it being nonsmoking. ”

”My experience at Split rock was good but not great. It was not worth the money my family and I spent to stay for a weekend. There was no house keeping done. There was not enough towels in the room, I ask for towels they said they will bring but never did. Other than hospitality the place was good. The breakfast was terrible, even though it was all you can eat. There was no bread. There was bacon, sausage, not real eggs and burnt potatoes than had no taste. It was terrible. ”
