”We absolutely loved staying in this charming 1925 ‘craftsman’ home. She has a lot of character and one can almost imagine the stories this home holds! All that one would need is provided and the fact that groceries and restaurants were in walking distance is a huge plus (btw, walking the alley to all is much less taxing than taking the sidewalk out front! That hill… omg! Ha!) Communication with the owner was very easy. We plan to return to this property as often as we can as it is minutes from...

”When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 ”

”This place is in a beautiful area and easy to get around. It was very clean and cute. I loved waking up and looking at the forestry area across the street. Communication is top notch! I did have issues with the stairs, but that not their issue. I would recommend that if you are not a couple you get seperate rooms. Even then, it is cheaper than a hotel. I would stay there again! ”

”This is absolutely the most adorable guest house!! We stayed four nights. Impeccable attention to detail!! The location is in great proximity to the Market, the space needle, Alki beach and under two hour drive to Mount Rainer. We would definitely stay again. ”

”The stay was great and the room was just fine. Had everything i needed. Shopping and dining were walkable and there were plenty of options. I really liked the check in process. It seemed intrusive at first but it made everything super convenient when i arrived. The parking was the only down side but even that really wasnt to bad. I will definitely stay here again. ”We thoroughly enjoyed the clean, efficient space. My wife and 14 year old grandson had plenty of room. We were all impressed by the wonderful shower and the proximity to the airport and our daughter's family who lived in the neighborhood. We could walk to parks and a relatively short drive to downtown. We will stay again when visiting family. ”

”Love this place. Price is perfect. Beds are super comfy. The layout was cool. Having my own personal bathroom not attached to our room was different but I didn’t mind. Using the kitchen saved us money and not having to toss leftovers. I’ll definitely return. Keep in mind there’s No parking so you do find the closest open street parking spot. Would definitely recommend for a single traveler or a couple on a budget!! ”
