Weekend Birthday Break
Short city break for daughters 18th! Location was perfect for the Main Square, Museums, Krakow Eye, Wawel Castle & Markets. Tram stop right outside with the Train Station being a five minute walk, all really cheap&easy to use. Plenty of local little shops for snacks, water&gorgeous bakeries. We even got our nails done! Tons of restaurants within the Main Square particularly good for trying the local food&drinks. The apartments was clean but basic. Reception open 7:00 -21:30. On our last day we could leave our bags there& collect later. Bathroom surprisingly lovely with lots of hot water. We had a bonus balcony with views over the city. Its a perfect base&i would definitely stay there again

El alojamiento nos encantó, bien situado, silencioso, muy cerca del centro histórico andando. Con aparcamiento fácil cerca de las instalaciones, zona de pago, pero muy muy cómodo. Las camas cómodas, el baño perfecto y habitación amplia para 3 personas. El desayuno que cogimos junto con el hotel, espectacular. La cafetería era precioso y la calidad era excelente. Sin duda repetería en este alojamiento.

Avevo prenotato al Daniel Aparthotel, sono stata contattata e spostata al Zulian Aparthotel, hotel che a loro avviso era addirittura superiore. Invece: quando siamo arrivati non riuscivamo ad entrare e dopo un po’ abbiamo capito che la reception era da un altra parte (il foglietto che indicava il numero civico in cui era collocata non era in inglese). Una volta trovata sono entrata per fare il check in, ma la ragazza, decisamente poco amichevole, ha registrato solo me, nonostante io fossi in una tripla e quindi fossi con altre due persone. Per quanto riguarda i servizi, dall’elenco che compare ce ne sono pochissimi, quando solo mi sono permessa a chiedere se per caso avessero dei giochi in scatola (indicato da loro) quasi ridendo, ho ricevuto una risposta strafottente e poco cordiale. Non c’era l’ascensore perciò abbiamo dovuto portare le valigie per tutti e 5 i piani senza neanche un minimo aiuto (nonostante questo servizio compaia nella loro pagina) La camera era pulita

This property was relatively clean and well kept! It was also in a good location with the old town only a short walk away! The beds however were very hard and the trams right outside were also very loud and ran through most the night!

Disappointed nothing like advertising
As in another review this Hotel looks nothing like the photos shown. The rooms are very old fashioned with carpet on the walls. The bathroom is also old with the hot water system in the room , this is very noisy when you turn on the taps. The lift is tiny we could just fit two suitcases and one person into it. The cafe shown in the pictures for breakfast is actually across a busy road. The room was clean, and the ladies at reception friendly but very disappointed by the advertising.

Väldigt centralt, promenad avstånd till gamla stab. Stort rum, bra sängar och bra service. Vi tappade vårt kort till hotellrummet och fick ett nytt utan krångel. Rent rum men luktade lite instängt.

Vi var i krakow mhp at besøge Auschwitz-Birkenau. Hotellet er meget godt placeret i byen, let at komme til og fra. Billederne af værelser fra bestillingsside her på hotels.com, var på ingen måde det vi mødte. Værelserne var meget slidte og kedelige. Hvis man er til en hård seng, var de gode. Ungen komfort.

Lovely hotel with nice helpful staff
Great professional ran hotel. Very clean, comfortable and well provided including room fans, shower, TV, Internet and tea/coffee in rooms. Excellent locality with lots of great shops and amazing cafes. Only downside is its on a busy intersection so can be a bit noisy. Would still recommend though and will return again.

接待員有禮及很幫忙。我們共七人，住了兩個房間。一個三樓，一個一樓。雖然入住時，外牆裝修，但沒怎樣影響。至於房間，先要讚浴室，很光猛，很新，很乾淨。一樓房間的地毯，有點舊，有點潮，所以一進入房間有少點霉味。因旁邊是電車站，早上很早就有電車聲，但不會噪。不過晚上街道上的人聲也聽到，這就比較噪。

The room was nice but there were road works being completed, even up to 2am which made it a little uncomfortable. The local area is nice and the hotel is close to the main area of the city, and not too far from the main train station and bus station.

Location is the strength point as it's in a barycentric position in respect to the main sites to be visited in Krakow. The room is small even if there is everything you need. Unfortunately during my stay there were working in progress on the facade of the building therefore my window was permanently closed by plastic cellophane and so no ventilation, it's was tremendously hot in the room! Anyway I have been previously advised about it.

Great location. Can walk to most sights without issue. As others have mentioned, it is right on tram lines and so is a little noisy however it didn’t impact sleep at all.

De authentieke lift was speciaal. De ligging is ideaal, de tram stopt vlak voor het hotel. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame mensen aan de receptie. De kamer was netjes verzorgd. Een aanrader. Muren zijn echter niet geluiddicht. Dus de tram maar ook ruzieënde of luid pratende buren hoor je wel. Verder is alles prima

Huge rooms but tiny bathroom. Very noisy.
Huge rooms but tiny bathroom with only a shower and no bath. Not enough mirrors (one in the bathroom and a long one in that hall) . Very noisy as the trams start early and are about 6 feet from the window. Clean and spacious. Comfy beds with crisp fresh linen. Breakfast was across the road at Colombo's which is best ordered as it can take ages to organize. I have said I would recommend but only as its cheap and the rooms were big.

Perfect uitgangpunt voor een stedentrip naar Krakau. Ale bezienswaardigheden op loop afstand. Iets gedateerde inrichting, maar goede bedden en schoon. Geen airconditioning, kan dus in de zomer erg warm zijn. Ontbijt in restaurant tegenover het hotel is prima. Receptie 24/7 open. Goed prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

Hotellet låg på bra gångavstånd till allt, lite få frukostställen i närheten. Hade ett familjerum med 1 dubbelsäng och 3 enkelsängar, fräscht badrum, sköna sängar, ok inredning. Tysta rum, mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Det enda vi saknade var en papperskorg och ett litet kylskåp.

Super lokalizacja
Hotel w idealnej lokalizacji dla zwiedzających Kraków, pokoje przestronne i czyste. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Jedyny minus to brak klimatyzacji, w gorące dni może dać się we znaki. Na śniadanie można się wybrać do kafejki po drugiej stronie ulicy.
