Erinomainen aamupala ja siisti hotelli. Vedenpaine suihkussa oli heikohko, mutta kyllä sillä pärjäsi. Sijainti oli ok, mutta hivenen lähempänä vanhaa kaupunkia olisi säästänyt jalkoja. Kaikki oli kuitenkin kävelyetäisyyden päässä, joten tulipahan liikuttua.

En pitänyt siitä, että tilaamani huone ei ollut tuon viereisen kuvan mukainen, vaikka olisi pitänyt olla, koska sen huoneen kyseiseltä riviltä valitsin!!?? Minulla on edelleen ko. sivu tulostettuna. Halutessanne voin sen teille lähettää. Vahvistuksessa on siis kuva toisenlaisesta huoneesta kuin minkä saimme. Halvemmankin huoneen olisin voinut ottaa, mutta valitsin kuvan mukaisen huoneen. Minulla ei ollut mittaa mukana, mutta väittäisin, että huoneemme oli pienempikin kuin mitä sivuillanne oli luvattu (= 24 m2). No ainakin se oli erilainen (ja selvästi pienempi) kuin viereisessä kuvassa, joka kuva on juuri siitä huoneesta, minkä tilasimme.

Hotelli sijaitsi lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Wavelin linnasta. Hotellihuoneeseen ei kuulunut melua naapurihuoneista. Aamiainen oli ok. Kuntosalissa oli juoksumatto ja lisäksi riittävä valikoima lihaskuntolaitteita. Lisäksi salin vieressä oli kunnollinen pingispöytä. Oikeastaan ainoa pieni puute oli huoneessa olleiden kahvien valikoima (ainoastaan expressoa tarjolla).

Mukava hotelli
Hotelli oikein näppärästi vanhan kaupungin välittömässä läheisyydessä ja myöskin juutalais alue vain noin 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä hotelli on täysin kongressikeskuksen vieressä joten koulutukseen osallistuminen on äärimmäisen helppoa hotellista löytyy oikeinkin mukava sauna. Hyvä aamiainen.

Hyvä palvelu
Hyvä hotelli, hiljaiset huoneet, ei kuulunut liikenteen melu huoneeseen. Ilmastointi piti kovahkoa ääntä. Noin 10-15min kävelymatka vanhaan kaupunkiin, taksilla n. 3€ suuntaansa. Aamupala erittäin hyvä, hieman kallis Puolan hintatasoon nähden. Lähellä hyviä kulkuyhteyksiä ja isoja teitä (bussi- ja junapysäkit aivan ääressä), ja Wawel-linna on joen toisella puolella. Liikematkustajien suosiossa ja se näkyi myös huoneen varustelussa.

Da vi ankom til hotellet var personale i møde kommen Men da vi kom op på værelset var der ikke håndklæder og der var kun en stor dyne og vi havde bestilt enkel senge så vi bad om at få andre dyner men de kom med endnu en stor dyne så der næste ikke plads i sengen På badeværelset sad bruse stangen løs og der var knækket flise på gulvet Så alt i alt ikke så god en oplevelse

Reserved our suite and confirmed the suite 4 times only to find out “the person who confirmed your suite for your entire day was “new””! This is ridiculous, the staff was no help since I booked the stay through Expedia they said they could do nothing. In addition Expedia is also horrible I spent hours explaining the situation and wanted credit for the suite we never occupied and to only be charged for a standard room. Still no conclusion! Expedia is very helpful booking but horrible if there is a problem.

Como siempre una excelente opción de hospedaje cuando viajas a Cracovia ya es la segunda vez que lo visito y todo va de maravilla. Las habitaciones muy cómodas e insonoras, el desayuno buffet muy completo y el acceso es muy practico.

Our room was comfortable and very quiet. The black out curtains work extremely well. The staff was courteous. Thanks for a nice stay in Krakow. Oh, we walked over 35 miles in 3 days! Lots to see.

Enjoyable stay, nice warm rooms to fight the cold!
Very nice stay, staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms very comfortable. We went in February during really cold temperatures, the rooms were lovely and warm which was much needed after our walks in the cold!
