"+ Friendly and good service + Overall appearance clean + Versatile services at the hotel + Beach shuttle + Very cheerful cleaners - Children's cocktails poorly available - Fruit only whole - Very limited selection at the beach bar - Drinks served to the tables at the buffet restaurant We were there during the opening week so it's understandable that things are still finding their place. Renovations here and there. Help and changes were received as soon as you asked and the staff was really friendly. The swimming pools were still very cold, including the children's pools. There are so many restaurants and different places in the hotel that the impression is a bit confusing. Children's cocktails were only found on the first floor, which was disappointing because there are otherwise many restaurants by the pools. The room was clean and spacious but the bed felt like springs. We got the blankets immediately upon request. Overall good experience at the hotel and stuff:)"
