Great hotel, staff were really nice and helpful. Great breakfast, good pool, comfy beds and located on peaceful inner yard away from the noise of the street. About a 15min walk to the beach, the roads are not in a very good condition but the route is still quite easy to go. All in all good value for money and we would stay again.

The Kana hotelli ylitti positiivisesti odotuksemme. Yövyimme Deluxe huoneessa, joka oli erittäin hyvin varusteltu, tasokas ja siisti paikalliseen tasoon nähden. Hotellin asiakaspalvelu oli erittäin ystävällistä ja hotellin ympärivuorokautinen vartiointi lisäsi mukavuutta. Myös hotellin yleiset tilat olivat tyylikkäästi sisustettu ja hyvin miellyttävät. Uima-allas ja allasalue olivat tyylikkäät. Aamiainen oli monipuolinen. Hotelli sijaitsee lähellä lentokenttää ja ostoskeskusta. Yövymme mielellämme toistekin.

The Kana Kuta 2 päivässä
Yllättävä positiivinen kokemus. Saavuimme Balille (kolme aikuista ja yksi lapsi) ja meillä puuttui kahden ensimmäisen yön majoitus. Lentokenttähotellissa olikin kokolattiamatto ja jouduimme siksi tekemään suunnitelman muutoksen. Hotels.com kautta valitsimme aikalähellä olevan hotellin. Upea vastaanotto, lämminhenkinen ja ystävällinen. Hyvä ja rauhallinen (kuten kaikkialla ilmeisesti tulivuoren vuoksi) ja kaksi eri ravintolaa. Uima-allas siisti ja hyvin.pidetty koko hotelli. Suosittelemme lämpimästi. Läheltä löytyy myös upea Galleria luxus ostoskeskus ja heti sen vierestä tavallinen ostoskeskus.

Viihtyisä hotelli melko lähellä Kuta Beachia
Vietimme kaksi viikkoa The Kana- hotellissa ja viihdyimme hyvin. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja auttavaista, ruoka hyvää hotellin ravintoloissa ja tilat viihtyisät. Hotellilla on kaksi ravintolaa ja yksi suhteellisen pieni, mutta viihtyisä uima-allas ja allasalue. Hotellihuone oli kiva, ilmastoitu ja aina siisti. Ainut huono puoli oli suihku, josta vesi tuli aika pienellä paineella.. sitä ei toki tiedä, oliko vika vain meidän huoneessa. Hotelli sijaitsee melko lähellä Kuta Beachia, mutta on sijainniltaan myös aika vilkasliikenteinen. Ympäristö on usein aika meluisa, mutta hotellin alueelle liikenteen äänet eivät kuuluneet. Voimme suositella The Kanaa, etenkin jos Kutan vilkas meno ei haittaa (:

Property was Good staff was excellent great people great service. Apart from one incident when I have booked my tour through hotel and asked them to pack my box for breakfast but driver was late and other people having breakfast so I thought I can have some juice and bread but one staff came and asked me not to eat because they have packed my 😊 Rice box. I believe there is way to approach your customer’ I returned my lunch box. Very embarrassing moment. Otherwise, great staff, very helpful

2人1部屋朝食付きで約5000円で泊まりました。 プールも綺麗で、朝食も美味しく満足なクオリティーです。タクシーもチャーターしてくれるので大変助かります。 ホテル周辺の治安があまりよくはない(バイクの飛び出しが危険、歩行者がいるのは基本無視)ので、注意は必要です。

I stayed there for a week and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was quiet and clean, the staff where always helpful and friendly and on my rest days when I wasn't site seeing, I made good use of the pool and hotel restaurant which to my surprise was very reasonably priced compared to so many tourist traps. It's a 20 minute walk to the beach which is difficult to do in the heat but only a 5 minute grab ride away. It's location was hidden off the main busy streets so you don't hear hardly any noise. It's a 7 minute walk away from a huge shopping mall which is tricky to get to by foot as you have to cross a busy motorway through a series of sketchy zebra crossings and there is conveniently a Circle K just outside the hotel.

We spent 2 nights here between flights in Bali. Close to the galleria to buy last minute things, close to the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff was fantastic. We would stay here again.

This is such a lovely hotel, I stay here every time I visit Bali. All the staff are friendly, polite and professional, which makes each stay a pleasure. The hotel is set away from the main road so there is no traffic noise at all. It is well kept inside and out, with the staff taking great care to keep the environment clean and tidy.

The Jana has great staff and reasonable rooms at a reasonable price. Have stayed there twice now and will stay again , it’s a 5 $ cab fare to waterbom park.

Wonderful stay at The Kana. Staff were exceptional and always so friendly willing to help. Breakfast buffet was delicious with great options. Hotel is in a convenient location close to the airport, shopping mall and restaurants. Rooms can use a little updating but overall great stay.

Special thanks to waitress Novita and housekeeper Putra for all of their hard work during our stay. Our stay at the Kana was absolutely bliss. Nice sized pool, with poolside dining and drinks available. Staff always keen to help wherever possible. Free bottled water supplied on daily room clean. Bonus of cheap buffet breakfast add on which was worth the extra cost. Only downside was that the bathroom tap was too close to the basin edge so went all over the bench but that’s very minuscule

Was just outside of the main markets and chaos and then only a 2.00au grab ride away. Can walk around with out being pestered by people trying to sell you something.

We enjoyed our stay at the Kana. Property was clean, safe and quite. Only drawback is the restaurant was not airconditioned. So a little bit warm during summer.

I liked this property for quite, if you need to go anywhere you will need to call a taxi, can walk but a long way and hot.

It was amazing to stay at the hotel. The rooms are not that modern but the service is just exquisite. Staff always carrying a smile on their face. Rooms are kept clean and the breakfast buffet is the best we ever had!!!

Very friendly staff. Keen to help and advise. Gym equipment was old and didn’t work well. WiFi sometimes cut out intermittently. Would have liked to see an iron in the room and also a wall mounted clock or time on the default TV screen.

Terrible hotel! Beware of fake reviews!!
This was genuinely one of my worst stays. I trusted the reviews and the 9.2 rating and boy was I wrong to do that. Location - this hotel is NOT in the prime part of Kuta. It’s secluded and there is nothing happening within walking distance. There is a sad dominoes and kfc about 10 min walk away. All other fun stuff in Kuta (including Kartika plaza) requires a taxi ride. Air con - we complained about this and after leaving it on for the whole night, it still count cool down the room. Condition - the hotel rooms are in terrible shape and a lot of wear and tear. Bathroom - gross, way too small, no door so whole bathroom gets wet every time someone showers, terrible ventilation and super smelly. Tv - super small and not a smart tv Hotel amenities - terrible stench of stale coffee in the lift. Didn’t go away for the 3 days we were there. No cleaning of the lift done throughout our stay. Pillows - stench of stale sweat. Cldnt sleep on it due to the smell. In conclusion, there is NOTHING EXCEPTIONAL about this hotel. If you don’t trust me, take a look at the pics I have uploaded and decide for yourself if you want to subject yourself to a stay in this place. For the price paid, in my opinion, there are far far better hotels to book.
