”Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. ”

”The host was super responsive, and check in/out was very easy. Clean and cozy, this was perfect for just me visiting some friends in Venice Beach. Waking up on the water and watching sunsets from the boat was magical! And it’s a great deal too! Would stay again.”

”This place was fantastic! Would recommend and come back 10/10! Although I would say this place is not for everyone; if you’re easy going this place is perfect! You really can’t ask for much when staying literally on the water but I would say this place has everything you need to survive and have a good time! My girlfriend and I are boat regulars and will be recommending this this place to anyone looking for a nice, clean and different experience! Thanks to the owners! ”

”Craig’s home has a great location off the freeway. Everything in the home appears to be new, the house is super cute and the beds and bathroom very nice. I hope to stay here again when I need to be in this part of LA”

”The property accomodated us very well. One king bed and 1 twin bed for the 3 of us. It was nice to have the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. The only reason i did not give it 5 stars, is because the street out in front of it was closed and there were a lot of homeless people and trash. ”
