”first of all the address given was incorrect, and they didn’t provide the actual name of the condominium which is the waves tulum. secondly, we weren’t given a run down of the amenities which included a gym on site and a second pool. our room didn’t have WiFi, hand soap, or body wash, and when we tried to get fresh clean towels they were not in available. Will definitely not be staying here again.”

”If you're in Mexico for the sun then this is not your hotel: the sun doesn't shine any time to the pool area and the beach is a 20 min drive away. Otherwise, we liked the hotel and our apartment which was nice and functional. ”The spa pool in the room is cold, unfortunely we did not enjoy the pool at all during the stay because it wasnt warm water, although we did use the hot jacouzi out side, but since we paid for the room in the pool and didnt use it at all it was a little upsetting and it was also dirty. ”This hotel falsely advertised on the Expedia website. As far as their amenities, the hotel does not have a restaurant or breakfast included in your stay. Nor does it have a swim up bar or lounge. They have one permanent person that works the front desk and he only works from 8am-4pm. We wanted to go out at night & it started raining. We weren’t able to order a taxi with the concierge because no one is there after 4pm. They say that you reach them by what’s app, but no one will respond after 4pm....

”The concierge staff were amazing to deal with. We had issues upon arrival where the roof was inaccessible and the team did everything they could to compensate us for the discrepancy! The chef was amazing 10/10 would recommend booking. The location was great, amazing restaurants and cafe near by in walking distance! We felt safe.
