”What a lovely stay, I’d visit again ”

”Absolutely beautiful hotel located in a perfect area to walk to the French Quarter but not have all the crazy at your doorstep. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are large. Great little speakeasy style bar attached to hotel. Highly recommend!!”

”Everything was great except for the motion sensor blue light that's apparently in all rooms. I was told this controls the AC. This light lights up the room at night with the slightest of movement. I can't believe somebody thought this was a brilliant idea. ”

”Stayed for 10 days to recover from surgery. Very quiet bedrooms. Any concerns were addressed promptly. Pool deck was nice. ”

”The staff was nice. The chairs and upholstered furniture could use a deep cleaning. Comcast/full tv functioning did not work. The pool never had a stock of towels. The mini fridges in the room were super small, could not hold a standard styrofoam to go plate. Also, located right across from an emergency room, ambulance sirens most of the night which of course is the fault of the property but will not return nonetheless. ”

”Please don’t let my low amenities score discourage anyone. The main problem I had with this location is we were not shown or given all the amenities included in our purchase (spa access, sauna, etc). My cousin and I were very interested in the spa upon arrive but since we saw it wasn’t “included” or notified, we decided to make other arrangements. We met one young man who helped us sadly our last night who worked there, Kendall R, who provided excellent costumer service and also provided us with...

”We loved our stay at Rathbone Mansions in New Orleans. The staff was great and we were well cared for. It was conveniently located to everything we need to be at. Our entire family was in the same area. Our grandchildren especially loved the pool. ”

”There was a bad, stale smell in the unit. Sofa fabric was not clean. It appeared that the is minimum cleaning performed between tenants. Biggest plus was location. Will not be staying here again. ”

”Housekeeping was terrible. Mold around areas of the bathtub. The lever to close the drain of the sink was inoperable. Carpet was filthy. I was assured on multiple occasions that the mold and sink issues would be addressed; they never were. Have stayed here many times in the past- the housekeeping was never like this before. Things have gone way downhill. Conversely, the young women at the front desk were extremely friendly and professional.”
