”The inside of the house was very clean as almost all the reviews indicated. However, there was a hole in the roof above the garage which was not communicated. It was shocking to arrive at a property with a tarp on the roof. The garage was not usable because of the roof damage. Additionally, the yard was overgrown and full of weeds which did not help first impressions. Communication from the owner was timely after our arrival. I feel property issues (like roof damage) should be disclosed...

”The property owner was very attentive. Answered my questions or concerns promptly. The house was in a good location for our daughters softball games. Very quiet location too. Liked that it was in a secure/gated area. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm (even in the evening hours - so nice when we got back after games to go sit and relax in the warm hot tub) which was so nice. Game room was nice too. I have 2 small dings (the only reason I didn't give a 5 star) was the kitchen could...

”The stay was fine and quiet. While this is an older house, it has been renovated and very clean. The main room is very large and open floor plan. I really enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent. Seems it is either 5 to 15 minutes to desired local locations and only 30 minutes to almost everywhere else. Very happy with my stay!”

”Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. Greeted with cute touches throughout to welcome us, with snacks and coffee supplied which was fantastic as we checked-in late at night. Rebecca was very willing to work with us when we asked to shorten our stay due to a schedule change. All of us (moms & teen girls) loved the house and will definitely stay here again when we have a dance competition near-by.”
