”Fine hotel but two issues for us makes me not give five stars. We were in a room on the ground floor and around 5:30am, there was a bunch of loud slamming noises. No idea what it was coming from. It would happen and then stop. And then start again. It went on until almost 6 and then stopped completely. But by then the damage was done and I was awake. Secondly our shower was either scalding hot or barely warm, couldn’t go in between. Wouldn’t stay here again, plenty of other options in Lakeland...

”It’s quaint and historic - but has paper thin walls. You can hear people in adjoining rooms well as well as street noises.”

”Everything was so great about our stay here...very easy to find the hotel...room was great-the pillows are way to soft but other than that everything was way beyond expectations.”

”I only stayed over night. But I don't think I will come back because of their breakfast rules. I have to dogs that I travel with. And don't like the idea that we can't have breakfast in our room. So I had to spend more money for breakfast. It makes it easier for us to eat in our room because we have our dogs ”

”My room was not cleaned the during my stay. My bed was not made & trash wasn't emptied. I told staff and they sent someone to clean my room. When I got back the only thing they did was change my towels.”

”Dont look at the mattresses, you wont like it. Dont look under thr mattress, that is where all the garbage goes. ”

”They need a machine that changes coins in the laundry They need to clean the rooms every 3 days at most”
