”Wonderful for a few nights in San Diego!”

”Breakfast was great! Parking was very easy. Check-in took a while since there was only one person behind the desk and 3-4 people trying to check in at the same time…hoping for better staffing in the future considering check in is at 3:00pm, you would think they would anticipate for that and staff accordingly!!”

”I always feel cozy and "at home", while staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott. From the pool, to showers, to the bed, TV, and breakfast, I felt pampered and relaxed. Thank you Marriott for an enjoyable Staycation!!”

”Breakfast was advertised but there was just coffee. Staff claimed there were muffins but I never saw any muffins. I think to save money, they don’t supply the rooms with anything. No dishes, silverware, shampoo etc. you have to ask. They apologized for not having a full suite of dishes to provide, I guess they don’t want to drive the 400 yards to Walmart to keep there supplies stocked. Staff is never at front desk. They put sign out indicating they are helping some other guest but they...

”Chose the Hampton Inn Poway as an extra night on my birthday trip knowing that this isn't a fancy resort by any means but Hampton Inn always comes with great stays and calm environments. The stay started out ok with the gentleman at the front being very helpful and even offering an "upgrade". We got to the room to notice a musty smell from the AC being off. We were given a room with one bed instead of two and a pull out couch (no problem). When turning on the AC, the AC the entire stay could not...

”Tucked away, this property had everything. And nice added touches to a suite with a kitchen. Although I didn't need all the extras, they were there. I felt safe, enjoyed the pool (warm), and the staff were professional and courteous. I will stay again. Thank you.”

”This was absolutely the worst property I’ve ever seen in my career. I travel more than 150 days a year. And ended up not staying. The sheets were threadbare and had cigarette burns in them, as did the dresser, the place stunk incredibly bad, the bathroom tub would not turn off the floors were moist and had bad repair jobs. It was also mold in the bathroom. This was unacceptable and I ended up not staying. Lastly, I tried to reach the staff for three days to cancel but was unable to get a return...

”This was the worst place to stay - dirty room with missing amenities (including a microwave or coffee pot) and HUGE dumpster outside the room full of rotting trash. There were bugs in the room and it smelled of mold. When we went to the lobby to complain, I was met by the rudest staff who explained to me that none of this was her problem. I try not to complain- but honestly, RUN.”
