”Parking was convenient, location good for San Diego attractions, rooms nice and clean, staff was friendly.”

”There were stains on the couch and the kitchenware was not properly cleaned. Electrical outlets need to be checked - some were usable and some were not. If you plan a trip with a vehicle and choose this hotel my recommendation would be to leave your car in the parking lot and Uber. The parking was the most tedious part of our trip because multiple cars would be double parking.”

Check-in took a while since there was only one person behind the desk and 3-4 people trying to check in at the same time…hoping for better staffing in the future considering check in is at 3:00pm, you would think they would anticipate for that and staff accordingly!!”

”We loved our stay at the Hyatt La Jolla. About a 18 min drive from the main shops and restaurants area, great pool and amenities, restaurant and cafe on site were nice to have when travelling with small kids. The property is well maintained. Rooms are comfortable, could be a bit updated and cleaner but the beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and accomodating when we asked them to push one of the beds to the wall to precent our toddler from falling at night. Would...
