”I have stayed here multiple times. Hotel staff are always friendly and helpful rooms are always clean have a jet tub and full kitchen. hotel also has pool,tiki area, paddle boats on the lake, bbq areas w. Picnic tables , kids playset and more to makevthe stay a little more enjoyable . ”

”Such a lovely property. The 2 bedrooms were more than enough for our family of 4. Everything was exactly as described. Great location for the unit, central to both pools (neither of which was very busy) with a beautiful fountain/pond to overlook and enjoy while having morning coffee on the screened in patio. The gated complex is quiet and close to endless choices for dining/shopping. Easy drive to Disney. The owners are wonderful- can’t go wrong staying here.”

”Kevin was a superb host. He always answered immediately with questions and requests. He was always friendly and helpful. The condo was beautiful and clean. Better than we expected and just as pictured! The highchair was used and helpful for my 11 month old grandson. ”This rental was amazing, extremely clean, spacious, and the communication with the host was impeccable. She was even available around midnight when I had a question. The rooms are huge, 2 of them have a bathroom inside the room, the kids rooms are beautiful and the loft bed was a real hit. My 6 year old with Autism never voluntarily wants to sleep in a room separate from my husband and myself, but once she saw the loft bed, we couldn’t get her out of the room. ”It was a great place to stay and met our needs for spring break. It was super close to the tennis and basketball courts and the pool and club house. Recommend to bring dish towels, dish washer tabs and bottled water. The water did not taste great. Was very close to Walmart which made grocery shopping super easy! It’s close to all the major theme parks and other attractions. If looking for a great place to eat, try Sickies Garage. Had great food and drinks! Would stay here again.”

Only suggestions would be allowing an earlier check in time as the line to check in was backed out onto the highway and the a/c had an override that kept changing back to 80.”

”Mark was a fantastic host. Quick replies and eager to offer help. The Tuscana Resort is awesome. You could spend the entire week poolside, relaxing. Or, it’s a quick drive to the Disney parks, beaches and gator tours. The unit offered all the amenities we needed for our stay. And Mark was great at letting us know what to pack or pick up at a store 1 mile away. ”The pictures listed above are accurate, and the place was clean for the most part. However, there was a mildew smell and we could not get rid of it. I reached out to the owner 3 times , left messages, and no call back. There were no keys in the house for other services to use. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean.”

”We loved our stay at this condo. Very clean when we arrived and decorated nicely. The pool was such a wonderful addition for my 3 & 1 year old. Location was great in Championsgate area with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores and all. Was about 15-20 min from Disney and 35 min to Legoland for us. We will definitely be back!”

”Nice place in overall. BUT, this is a resort and they aim to get you to invest on resort share and not in the nicest way. We checked in late at evening after a long and tiring drive. After checking in we were send to person called Doug, whom we though to be a host or somekind. Doug told us he would get the best price for the Universal and Disney parks. We would get the tickets next day after a tour where we would be shown the whole resort area and before that there would be free lunch....

Worst service ever
"Hilarious service: all the reseption and breakfast personnel at the restaurant were unbelievalbly rude. Actually never had such bad service on any continent (been to all exept Australia and New Zealand). You should not book this hotel unless you are spanish speaking because they treat you like sh.. In Finland we are raised up to never disrespect people by their profession or status, be they cleaning personnel or management. These people in this hotel are out of this world. They do their best to be make customers feel bad. I never speak to anyone without a smile but really these people were just so unfriendly. One exception: house cleaning and bar staff were excellent and professional. "
