”Very very uncomfortable bed, uncomfortable pillows, AC not cool enough and unfortunately terrible overnight stay. First time at this franchise and I bet I won't be doing it again.”

”Easy friendly check-in. It was spotless from lobby to the room. Comfortable bed and all toiletries and hairdryer (not small one!). Service at the food bar was amazing and the so was the oatmeal. Plus is a Starbucks next door and Walgreens (for any last minute forgotten items😉) was across the street. Would highly recommend oh and Doylestown is an easy 25 min ride!”

”We have stayed at this hotel several times in recent years. For some reason, they have recently initiated a complicated approach to wifi. In order to get "free wifi," you must give an unknown company your home address and your cell number. Otherwise, no wifi. Why? We do not want to give out personal information to a company we do not know. We chose not to sign up for the "free wifi," and it may be a deal-breaker for future visits. The elevator had the control panel hanging askew with many missing bolts, my bathroom had broken and loose tile, the shower water valve spun 360 degrees and was almost impossible to adjust, and no free breakfast. $6 for a muffin?? It was especially striking because I was the only guest upon my arrival and the only guest at the buffet upon my arrival. When addressing me they rushed and then quickly returned to laughing and hanging out together”

”A beautifully maintained hotel that was a great place to spend the night. We stayed in the tower with two and adults and two kids and was great to have three different levels, including the sitting room at the top with windows all around. The snacks in the communal sitting area was much appreciated and breakfast was very nice.”

”Property is not at all as advertised. The main picture is not the hotel, but an event venue at the front of the building. The room was in poor condition. Walls had holes, bedding had holes, could feel the springs in the bed. The whole building smells bad. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they refunded my money without argument when I told them I could not stay there.”
