”The staff were more engaged with their own conversations than actually welcoming me as a guest and focusing on my stay. It was especially striking because I was the only guest upon my arrival and the only guest at the buffet upon my arrival. When addressing me they rushed and then quickly returned to laughing and hanging out together”

”Easy friendly check-in. It was spotless from lobby to the room. Comfortable bed and all toiletries and hairdryer (not small one!). Service at the food bar was amazing and the so was the oatmeal. Plus is a Starbucks next door and Walgreens (for any last minute forgotten items😉) was across the street. Would highly recommend oh and Doylestown is an easy 25 min ride!”

”We have stayed at this hotel several times in recent years. For some reason, they have recently initiated a complicated approach to wifi. In order to get "free wifi," you must give an unknown company your home address and your cell number. Otherwise, no wifi. Why? We do not want to give out personal information to a company we do not know. We chose not to sign up for the "free wifi," and it may be a deal-breaker for future visits. ”Served our needs adequately for 3 days while moving. Room was ok would have preferred 2 beds but they only had one with couch. Breakfast was very skimpy no muffins or pastries etc. Staff was nice. Accommodated our 2 small dogs. Location was good for our needs.”

”The room was to be non-smoking, it wasn't. That was the least of the issues. The room didn't smell of smoke but smelled awful- permeated everything from clothes to travel bags. Everything we had with us went into the washer when we got home, regardless of if we wore it. Bathroom was filthy from the walls to the tub to the floor. We did not shower there - tub was disgusting. ”The experience can be divided in two parts. Part A-First day, Friday night Terrible room, cigarette odor, bathroom door won’t open, A/C was noisy at night and was hard to sleep. Front desk response was a disaster. No other room, no solution for the door, limited air deodorizer and no solution for the A/C room. Part B, Saturday morning Much better response from the front desk. Got a new room, normal bathroom door, good working A/C. Overall, average experience, not typical Hilton.”
