”Room clean beds clean just need new beds so they are a little more comfy, the staff is hard to understand the mumbles and they lied. I asked for more pillow im disabled n needed them and she said only one working and I am doing my paper work . Go down and shes doing her nails and still woukdnt get me pillows. Aunt went down and made her get pillows out of a empty room and she was to nice. In a hotel that size you wouldn't have muat one person its not realistic just lying.

”Terrible experience, rude front desk staff and loud residents/dogs.
I only stayed here one night, and paid for four days no to stay.
Hotel was very crowded with permanent residents from a medical rehab program. People hanging out in front of the entrance, barking dogs, too loud to sleep.
Front desk staff were rude and unhelpful.”
