”The staff were more engaged with their own conversations than actually welcoming me as a guest and focusing on my stay. It was especially striking because I was the only guest upon my arrival and the only guest at the buffet upon my arrival. When addressing me they rushed and then quickly returned to laughing and hanging out together”

Lastly, I had to checkout at 5 am. I waited at the front desk for about 2 minutes before a woman popped out of the office and loudly...

”We have stayed at this hotel several times in recent years. For some reason, they have recently initiated a complicated approach to wifi. In order to get "free wifi," you must give an unknown company your home address and your cell number. Otherwise, no wifi. Why? We do not want to give out personal information to a company we do not know. We chose not to sign up for the "free wifi," and it may be a deal-breaker for future visits. ”The TV did not work in my room so I asked to be moved to a different room. In the the new room, the sink had a leak. They charge you for breakfast but they do not provided you anything more then the standard continental breakfast that you can get free just about anywhere else. It was not worth the price.”

”Easy friendly check-in. It was spotless from lobby to the room. Comfortable bed and all toiletries and hairdryer (not small one!). Service at the food bar was amazing and the so was the oatmeal. Plus is a Starbucks next door and Walgreens (for any last minute forgotten items😉) was across the street. Would highly recommend oh and Doylestown is an easy 25 min ride!”
