”The room was beautiful, clean and well kept. The staff was courteous. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Parking was sufficient. I would definitely book here again for our family.”

”Easy friendly check-in. It was spotless from lobby to the room. Comfortable bed and all toiletries and hairdryer (not small one!). Service at the food bar was amazing and the so was the oatmeal. Plus is a Starbucks next door and Walgreens (for any last minute forgotten items😉) was across the street. Would highly recommend oh and Doylestown is an easy 25 min ride!”

”We stayed here one night when we went for our daughter’s graduation at Bryn Mawr College. It was nice to have a two bedroom king suite!! You could fit a whole family in here and you can have breakfast for free. It was a very nice breakfast! Easier than going into Philadelphia and affordable.”

The elevator had the control panel hanging askew with many missing bolts, my bathroom had broken and loose tile, the shower water valve spun 360 degrees and was almost impossible to adjust, and no free breakfast. $6 for a muffin?? Lastly, I had to checkout at 5 am. I waited at the front desk for about 2 minutes before a woman popped out of the office and loudly...

”We have stayed at this hotel several times in recent years. For some reason, they have recently initiated a complicated approach to wifi. In order to get "free wifi," you must give an unknown company your home address and your cell number. Otherwise, no wifi. Why? We do not want to give out personal information to a company we do not know. We chose not to sign up for the "free wifi," and it may be a deal-breaker for future visits. ”I think your front desk staff needs training on how to talk to customers. Very disrespectful to customers and they seem they hate their jobs. But the cleanness of the rooms is excellent, ample parking space.”

”The room was to be non-smoking, it wasn't. That was the least of the issues. The room didn't smell of smoke but smelled awful- permeated everything from clothes to travel bags. Everything we had with us went into the washer when we got home, regardless of if we wore it. Bathroom was filthy from the walls to the tub to the floor. We did not shower there - tub was disgusting. ”Room was fairly clean. Bed was clean & comfortable. The AC unit was a bit loud (according to my fiancé) but at least it worked! Bathroom was clean, single sink, roomy shower. Breakfast looked great, but we opted for Dunkin that is walkable from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a 90th bday party and a wedding during our stay so pretty busy but they got everything settled. Overall 9/10 would stay again.”
