”There is no elevator or coffee pots”

”Staff was very nice, but the condition of the hotel was not good. Our toilet door didn't close properly and when it did, the door locked from the inside and we were locked out. The bathroom smelled moldy. There were huge white stains in our blankets. The breakfast was bad even for a complimentary breakfast, they ran out of most things before the breakfast time was over (juice, fruit, coffee, forks, butter) and and the tables were dirty. Seemed like no one was looking after the breakfast area...

”This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. If we would have needed to stay more than one night i definitely would have gone elsewhere. Holes in walls. Walls never been cleaned. Blankets had cigarette burns. Ac made sounds so loud i turned it off. I was scared it was going to catch fire while we were sleeping. Crackheads everywhere. And terrible location you can hear ppl speeding down the hwy at all hours”

”Absolutely disgusting. Roaches, roach feces on the walls, holes in the walls, ripped curtains, stained/dirty bedding and towels, a giant hole in the floor, even a broken sagging mattress and dirty headboard. We had to go buy our own sheets and towels because the ones provided were so gross we couldn’t tell if it was a stain or just dirty. Door didn’t even close all the way because it had obviously been pried open previously and never repaired. Couldn’t reach the toilet paper because instead of...
