”4 stars for this hotel is way too much...the room smelled for mould. It was dark and corridors felt like "redrum". But absolutely worst part was the restaurant. Even though in the evening it was half-empty, it took over half 'n' hour to get the food. Yet once we got it fries were cold and daughter's pasta was swimming in butter though it was supposed to be some sort of a cream pasta. I'm not a cook but that had nothing to do with cream pasta. Neither waitress nor manager paid any attention to...

”This is a perfect accommodation when exploring both Richmond and London. The tube station is just few minutes away and takes roughly 45mins to central London. The hotel itself is so well managed; everything super clean and neat. Service was outstanding all the way. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but coffee was good :) The room itself was very small, but we dod not need much more space as we mainly just slept there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit London, but...

”Hotelli on vanha, mutta siisti ja palvelu on hyvää. Sijainti on kohtalaisen kaukana Lontoon "ydinkeskustan alueista", mutta undergroundilla pääsee erinomaisesti perille noin 15-30 minuutissa. Hotelli on aivan lähellä metropysäkkiä. Huoneessa ei ole ilmastointia, mikä voi kesällä olla aika ikävä juttu. Ikkunan sai auki. Siisteystaso oli hyvä. Suosittelen ehdottomasti!”
