"Work trip. Rudest service I have ever experienced at the breakfast. Room air con not working properly. Every time you shower water all over the bathroom floor no matter what you do. Might be able to overlook the room conditions but the breakfast staff were so that I’m never coming back. Changed to Reneissance hotel for the last night of my trip and strongly recommend going there instead. "

"I wanted to stay at Heathrow area within walking distance from terminal 2&3. Beforehand I looked 2 youtube videos how to find Hilton Garden Inn, but still I had to ask 3 times advice from the helpful airport persons. Hotel is old but reasoanbly clean. Breakfast was good, but food could be warmer (add a microwave in buffet area). All in all Hilton Garden Inn works fine as place to stay when you fly late to Heathrow and continue next day."

"I Loved the breakfast buffé, I liked that there where buses close by, I hated the fact that there's no attraction or food store close by except a gas station, but for the price of the hotel and the comfortability and quality, I think it was worth it's price, and I couldn't hear outside noise at all in to my room Wich was great. The hotel from the outside wasn't really that pretty but from the inside it looked more then descent, Window's where not able to be opened and AC is a bit cold and automatic so can't be turned up for longer time but definitely didn't have any bad experience with staff or hotel otherwise this time, hopefully not next time either, considering strongly of going back."
