”It's a quaint apartment that is fixed up nicely close to the center of town, so it's great if you want to walk to different shops. There's a short flight of stairs up to a landing and the front door; parking is just across the street. The bathroom can be accessed from both bedrooms. Host responded promptly with questions etc.”

”The cabin is rustic as you’d expect with a train track close by. Sleep with white noise to help with train traffic. Sitting on the deck overlooking the river was magical! Bed was comfortable.”

”This was a great location for a trip to a beautiful National Park. It’s just 5 minutes from the main visitor’s center and New River Bridge and 10 minutes from downtown Fayetteville. The cottage is kept immaculately clean and located on a quiet gravel street. The kitchen has plenty of room to cook and is equipped with everything I needed to make dinner for 5. The owner stocked the fire pit with sticks and firewood. I forgot to pack a lighter and couldn’t find one on site. I contacted the owner....

”We had a fabulous time here! This was a great location. Not only was it close to historic sites, downtown Harper’s Ferry, but we also thoroughly enjoyed the river (as did our dog!). While this is a back unit to the host's home, they were were hospitable, friendly, made an effort to give us privacy and allowed us full use of all the amenities. We were concerned about privacy, but had no issues and would absolutely recommend this place. It was also a great neighborhood for our dog to walk/run...

”Only recommendation I could make would be to add some WiFi access because I also did not have cell service and that made it difficult. ”

”We really enjoyed our stay, the four bedrooms gave us lots of space. The hot tub was great and we enjoyed the balcony, too. Very close to lots of fun wineries and Harper’s Ferry. Quiet location on a road with other houses. I’d recommend bringing extra towels and a few wine glasses if you’re drinking nice wine. Lots of thoughtful touches — games, fireplace, spacious kitchen. It was great!”

”12 stars!!! (Inside joke with the host.) The place was clean and spacious and the host was great. I brought my son here for his 29th birthday to hike the rocks. The cottage provided everything we needed including a spectacular view of Seneca Rocks. Centrally located to many areas of interest. I’ll definitely be back. ”
