âSo thankful for SofĂa Holiday. We had traveled and been awake for almost 48 hours. Quaint. Quiet. Loved the little extras. The mattress was hard, but after being awake for two days: we slept well! Would stay again! â
âFrom the moment we arrived, this hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The room was not only beautiful and impeccably clean, but it also had a warm, welcoming vibe that made us feel instantly at home. The design and comfort alone would earn five stars â but it was the people here who truly made our stay unforgettable. During our time in CancĂșn, we faced some unexpected and difficult events. The staff went above and beyond to support us â showing real compassion, patience, and generosity....
âThe level of service was awesome. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The coffee was amazing and the two area where you can have breakfast was a winner for me. Iâm traveling often and will book this place again not only because of the price but also because of the atmosphere. â
âTiene buena ubicaciĂłn, los anfitriones fueron muy amables y estĂĄn al pendiente de lo que puedas necesitar. La habitaciĂłn cuenta con aire acondicionado lo cual es indispensable para quienes no estamos acostumbrados al calor de CancĂșn, no tiene pantalla pero en mi caso no fue necesaria, la cama es cĂłmoda. La habitaciĂłn es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Por el tipo de hospedaje el baño es compartido aunque a mi no me tocĂł compartir porque la habitaciĂłn de a un lado estaba libre. â

âVery nice, extremely clean hotel. Only fridge was missing from the room. Nice breakfast and garden. Assessment is based on the experience of the second room that we had during our 4 night stay. The first night we spent in a very noisy room without a wifi even though we had asked for a quiet room when booking the room months before. We asked for the change of the room after having a look at the room. The bold, young guy at the reception did not want to make the change. Luckyly the young lady...
