Regarding check in I want to apologize that the rooms weren't ready at 3pm. We do our best to have as many rooms ready at check in as possible, thank you for not holding it against us. We apologize this impacted your stay. Regarding airport shuttles, we do not offer complimentary shuttles from the airport, rides can be set up through our concierge desk.
