Excellent hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, amazing pools including a warm lazy river, tons to do right on the property, easy check in. Lazy river floating tubes way overpriced. Bring your own or just float without one.

The hotel was very conviently located with many amenities. I felt the front desk staff were very clinical and not very welcoming in dealing with their clients.

There was dirty towels in our bathroom when we first arrived, it almost looked like vomit. We asked for a fridge the first night and didn’t have one delivered but was still charged , after speaking with guest services it was taken off. We checked in from the mgm app and there was about 500 dollars hold on my card, then for some reason we were signed out from the app so we went to the front desk to get a room key . I was again charged another 600 dollars. I called guest services to ask why since I already have had that on my card which they told me it was the fridge which I told them we don’t have a fridge and it was then taken off our bill. This was extremely frustrating as we were there for our wedding and had a lot of other things to worry about.

LOTS of walking no matter where you wnat to go. Didnt know you need to buy or bring your owm innertube for the lazy pool either, mobile app check in was smooth but mobile key access was terrible. In our room the room darkening curtain didn't go up all the way....made us sad.

Each time I’ve stayed here, I was given a dirty room. Hair everywhere (on the floor, in the bedding, on the toilet, full garbage can, used towel folded on the rack, blood on the bedding, sewage backed up in the shower, plugged sink, smears on the headboard, phone didn’t work, and no fridge to use.

The rooms are terribly outdated, dark and dingy. While the bed was comfortable, and the room was soundproofed well, it was very outdated, dusty and in need of a make-over for the high price they are charging per night. Bathrooms are old and also need to be redone. Unless you are staying there for a concert, stay elsewhere!

I stayed 5 days and had to have maintenance come out twice for the shower and toilet. They also added a $50 charge because the people before us stored a sandwich in the fridge.

Came for my daughter’s 21st birthday. Shortly after midnight we got drinks and went to a let it ride table. The dealer was rude, this is a pretty significant birthday for a young person and since my daughter was “learning”, obviously and the dealer made us feel very uncomfortable and not welcoming. When we were deciding to stay or go dealer suggested I take her to blackjack. The following morning we made our way to the pool where I paid a decent amount for reservations. Nobody went out of their way to guide us to the right direction, everyone just pointed where we should go. Our server at the pool was VERY friendly and nice, one of the few we encountered during our stay. Our key cards constantly got deactivated as did my virtual card, at one point said usage was “revoked”. I’m sad for my daughter who should have had the time of her life! Wish I would have chosen a different resort.

The room was great. Clean and functional. Pools were great. Dining options were great also. Monorail was super convenient for getting up the strip.
