”The hotel was fine. It was clean and comfortable. Being close to the airport with shuttle service was nice, but it wasn’t close to much.”

”The room itself was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. However, the room lacked a full length mirror. This was a major inconvenience because we were attending a formal event. The outside property could use alot of curb appeal and attention. Truthfully, it was an eyesore and made us very nervous as we were driving in. Suggestions would be some planters, flowers, benches, ice machines. I believe this would draw more visitors. Overall, I would stay there again and recommend this place...

”I stayed very briefly at this hotel, just for one night, but the front desk agent was very sweet and the room was exceptionally clean. I had an amazing night sleep in a very comfortable bed and everything was at my fingertips. I feel like I got a great value for what I paid and I’m glad I stayed here.”

”Stay far away! From the moment we entered the lobby there was no air-conditioning in the whole first floor area. We got assigned our first room in which the entire closet ceiling was covered with fuzzy black mold. We moved to a second room, which had no air-conditioning. The entire unit was actually open with wires hanging out. We then decided to leave immediately. I will mention the front desk was very very nice, but the hotel and building itself needs some major upgrades and Cleaning.”

”Great location, helpful and attentive staff, clean, modern room. The rooftop bar is a bit lacking in terms of service, but has a great view (and there's a lobby bar and a "dive bar" downstairs that are a lot more fun). A perfect homebase if you're going to Waterfire, an event at the 195 District Park, or staying over and planning on taking the ferry to Newport for the day.”
