The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

Ihana, tunnelmallinen hotelli! Todella siisti ja henkilökunta ystÀvÀllistÀ. Iso miinus aamupalasta ja ruoasta. Aamupala oli todella niukka, olematon.

This is our second stay at the hotel, and once again, it has exceeded our expectations. The room cleanliness is truly exceptional, and we genuinely enjoy our time here. Staff were nice and hotel was good and clean. Breakfast was nice, and only 10mins drive to oxford center. Shower tray overflowed across the bathroom.
