The hotel is nice and clean. The quality of service and politeness depends on who you're dealing with. The cleaners of the hotel were super lovely, polite and did an excellent job! Hotel satisfies the basic needs, but doesn't give any extra. We asked a room from upper floors or with a view but weren't able to get one. Windows were next to neighbour building's wall.
Breakfast was good.

"The grounds are stunning but the hotel itself is looking a bit tatty. We were given an accessible room, which didnât seem that accessible to me! The plug sockets by the bed are not normal uk plugs.
