”Upon arrival, Kevin was friendly and attentive. Rooms were airy and bright, bed was very comfotable, great sleep. Breakfast was well cooked and very tasty with good produce. Plenty of choice. Compliments to the chef!! Would definately stay here again.”

”We had an amazing 2 night stay in Lynton and couldn’t have picked a better guesthouse . Drew and Penny are fantastic hosts and clearly care about keeping guests happy , they have a great knowledge of the local area and nothing was too much trouble The house interior looks fantastic and is a credit to their hard work renovating the property . ”Stayed before and so know the deal. Paid slightly more for a better room, which was lovely. Clean, spacious and comfortable with great views. Shower only warm which was disappointing.
No bar, no breakfast but not bothered by lack of either.
Friendly and effecient staff.
Overall, value for money accommodation in heart of Lynton.”

”Very good location to access North Devon. The property is cozy with added facilities recreational facilities like swimming pool and games. Good enough for a family of four for a short break. The town is stone throw away from the property with few food options. Superstore next door is huuuuugeeee bonus. Overall very good. Highly recommend

”Nice apartment, ideal positioning, Illfracombe is very steep, but lovely walks to be had. Car parking is free after 6pm in the town also. We didn’t use the facilities but pool looked a decent size.
Cushions on the bed were very hard. Could maybe do with a couple of soft ones in the wardrobe as a just incase. Lovely place overall. ”
