”Great staff. Lovely breakfast in room for £5 tray charge (booked room rate with breakfast included). Central location but what let's it down was the loud music blasting all night outside till way after midnight. We were on the fifth floor and it was so loud I couldn't sleep. ”

”Perfect for a cheap, central and comfortable one night stay. The room was big enough for one person for a night. The bed was comfortable, and black out curtains did the job well. I would stay again for a business trip. My only negative was arriving and asking for dinner at 20.10 to be told they only had one chef and he was too busy to make any more food. ”

”Fabulous new hotel and lovely room. Room was warm though with no opening windows and fresh air. AC wouldn’t stay on so may be a teething problem. Room was fabulous apart from that. Hot breakfast items were lukewarm which was disappointing. Plenty of choice. ”

The room was spotless, everything immaculate, larger than I expected, better equipped (did I mention the hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine?), had all you needed to settle in straightaway - a small bottle of milk in the fridge, washing powder, dishwasher tablets, coffee pods, and even salt and pepper grinders. ”Lovely staff but I got barely any sleep across my two night stay. Not much the staff can do about being in a busy area, especially at night but it was so so noisy and lots of early morning glass emptying. They have done a lovely job on the interior but I definitely wouldn’t stay here again if I was staying for work. ”
