”The whole place needs refurbishment. Beds and bedding was clean but everything else looked about 40 years old. Burn holes in the carpet, cigarette burns on the edge of the bath, wooden fittings in poor condition etc. They have no kitchen (being refurbished?) so no food on the premises. The website does not make that clear.”

”Only stayed one night unfortunately but will definitely return. Staffs are very helpful and friendly; great breakfast; bedroom lovely and enjoyed the bar. We would have eaten at the restaurant but only one vegan option on the menu so are elsewhere and the gym is good as long as there are few people in there at the same time. Great location in the center, just not the easiest to find.”

”Note the hotel is surrounded by bars open until 4am and 6am and if your room is facing out on to the main road you might be in for a very sleepless night. The hotel have very little empathy, just along the lines of what do you expect, its in a city centre hotel,.thats the general attitude. Also outright lied and said they offered an alternative room which when i asked at reception was actually told an outtright "no we are fully booked but there are earplugs provided in your room". Such a shame...

”Staff were very helpful, accessibility was very good. Cleaning the room wasn´t very good; needed to go ask towels, bath mats, suger, coffee. Also needed to give feedback to keep objects at same place, not moving them (blind). They had a wedding parties and music was very loud till early morning. This disturbed our sleep.”

”I loved my stay at the Jubilee. The apartment was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and good wifi. The staff was absolutely delightful, every person we interacted with. The location is super central and an easy walk to pretty much everything in the city centre.”

”An enjoyable one night stay at a hotel where the positive features far outweigh any minor niggles. Attentive and pleasant staff, excellent food, well presented and served in a timely manner. Rooms just bordering on the need for some love and attention, although White Stuff toiletries do a good job in diverting attention from the nasty stain on one of the seats. Decent enough spa facilities, although it would be helpful if the price to swim were included in the booking price.”

”Basic full English with some cereal , yogurt and pastries with bread and rolls. As much tea and coffee as you can drink with some fruit like apples and oranges. The menu for later looked interesting but never got round to ordering because of the very excellent restaurant next door “mylahore”. Staff brilliant and parking somewhat pricey but fitting with local parking and easy to purchase in foyer. Rooms cleaned everyday unless you request not. With items very well looked after. Very happy...
