âWe stayed at The Plaza Hotel Capitole for 2 nights in early September and loved it. The location in the center of Toulouse was great. After parking our car in the Capitole Square parking lot we walked everywhere during our stay. We found the staff to be very friendly, professional, and helpful. The facilities were very clean, and comfortable. My only wish was that there were brighter "daylight" LED lights in the lamps to provide a brighter room.

âVirtually flawless stay at this property. Rented a 1 bedroom with a terrace for the purposes of decompressing while exploring the city. The staff was readily available and then some without being pushy. Made an online comment in a survey regarding a minor wireless access issue without expecting it to be read much less acted upon. Within hours the staff contacted me with a great solution indicating they not only read surveys they react quickly to resolve them. Accommodations were perfect....
