”The first gentleman at reception when I arrived, who was Spanish, was very helpful, polite, and welcoming. The driver David, who was also Spanish, was very nice as well.
Some of the other staff at reception were a little rude, which was disappointing. The breakfast was okay, but it could definitely be better. It felt a bit cheap, but overall it was acceptable.

”If you are looking for a no frills stay this is it. They do what they do very well in terms of getting you to your cruise or airport. Restaurant on site was convenient but service was slow (even with few patrons). Fire alarm went off multiple times due to a banquet room using sparklers to celebrate. ”Very nice hotel. Clean and well maintained. Love the bathroom that featured a walk-in shower and shower door instead of a bathtub shower with shower curtain. Also, the bathroom mirror didn't get steamed up from the shower. It would have been nice if the shower head was handheld, but the one that it had was acceptable. This hotel would have gotten an all-around excellent grade however I did not like that I was surprised to find out when checking in that parking was extra. I don't remember...
